SHIPPING & DELIVERY


TruVoice Telecom Inc. typically ships between 1-3 business days of the time the order is placed. Shipping options are USPS, UPS, or FEDEX based on value, weight and destination zip code. TruVoice Telecom Inc. does not ship on weekends or holidays. During backorder situations when all or part of your order is not in stock, Call One, Inc. Customer Service will notify you as soon as possible. For items that are not stocked by TruVoice Telecom Inc., our shipping guidelines follow those set forth by the manufacturers. For products marked as Call for Availability on our website, please contact us for current pricing & availability before placing your order.


 


SHIPPING CHARGES


TruVoice Telecom Inc. charges a shipping fee which will be added to the invoice on all shipments with a value below $500.00. anything above $500.00 will be FREE of charge across the whole of the United States, this relates to the value of goods and does not include taxes or shipping prices. Orders below £500.00 are calculated based on value, for insurance purposes; weight, including packaging; or dimensional weight (the greater of actual vs. dimensional) and includes all handling charges. To view the shipping charges, click “Add to Cart”, and then click View Cart & Checkout. In the What would you like to do next section, expand the Estimate Tax & Shipping section to enter your destination zip code then click the Estimate button. The estimate of shipping charges will be displayed.


 


EXPEDITED SHIPPING


Overnight shipping is available as an option while placing most orders. TruVoice Telecom Inc. strives to accommodate all requests, so please call Customer Service at 1-888-448-5556 for confirmation when overnight shipping is requested.


 


SHIPMENT/RISK OF LOSS


Unless otherwise specified, all shipments will be made by third-party carriers chosen by TruVoice Telecom Inc. at costs, tariffs and other charges, and in accordance with terms and conditions established by TruVoice Telecom Inc, Inc. In the event that Customer elects to arrange transportation other than the arrangement provided by TruVoice Telecom Inc. then Customer shall be responsible for all costs, tariffs and charges of any nature associated with the shipment of any Product to Customer. The risk of loss associated with any shipment from TruVoice Telecom Inc. transfers to Customer upon delivery of the goods to the destination shipping address as supplied by the customer.


 


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS


Upon delivery, please inspect the package for damage that may have occurred during transit. It is recommended that you refuse the shipment if the package is damaged. In some cases, the Carrier driver will note the damage in their system if you elect to accept the damaged shipment. Upon receipt of the damaged package, immediately open and inspect your order and notify TruVoice Telecom Inc. as soon as possible if an issue remains. Please retain all shipping boxes, product boxes, labels and filler material until further instruction is issued against the damaged shipment.


LOST SHIPMENTS


For all shipments that leave our facility, TruVoice Telecom Inc. will coordinate shipments using Third party carriers. Loss in transit will be researched by TruVoice Telecom Inc. and the Carrier and often takes up to 8 business days for resolution. When a customer elects to use transportation services outside of our carrier options, the Customer will be responsible for all charges and fees associated with that shipment. Upon delivery by the carrier to the intended destination, the Customer assumes responsibility for any loss thereafter.


 


PARTIAL SHIPMENTS


By default, TruVoice Telecom Inc. does not partial ship orders unless specifically requested by the customer. Additional shipping & handling charges are applied on each shipment. The partial shipped items will be invoiced according to the items shipped plus shipping and handling.
