If that wasn't enough, we offer a repair service for telephone headsets which is free to Total Care customers and from $20 to other customers.  Our team of experienced technicians will assess any broken or faulty headsets and advise a repair cost to you.  If that is accepted your headsets will be repaired and returned to you within 5-7 business days.  If you are not happy with the quote, we will return your equipment free of charge.  All our repairs are covered by a 12 month warranty on that work, so you have peace of mind that your newly fixed headset will continue to perform brilliantly.  All repair quotes are provided free of charge, so if you decide it is not worth fixing an old headset it won't cost you a cent to have it assessed and returned to you.
